Querem levar o carro para a Igreja ou para a CMC ? - They want to take the car to the Church or to the Chaves city Hall ?

Como pode isto acontecer ás 12:00 na cidade de Chaves , porque não estacionam os carros
na porta da Camara Municipal de Lisboa ou do Porto . Isto não se faz se o Sr : Presidente precisar
de entrar na C. M. Chaves nem pode porque a porta está totalmente bloqueada , PSP ou GNR
não vi nenhum esta manhã e caminhei pela cidade toda . As fotos estão com pouca qualidade isso
pouco importa aqui está a qualidade de vida dos habitantes de Chaves .

How can this happen at 12:00 in Chaves, why not park the cars
in the Lisbon City Hall  or Porto city Hall door. This is not done if Mr: President need
entering your  office can not because the port is completely blocked, PSP ( police ) or GNR
did not see any this morning and walked all over town. The photos are poor quality that
hardly matters here is the quality of life for residents of Chaves.
